And this year, we're celebrating these values in a grand way with our first-ever culinary graduation event, the Kulture Kafe Culinary Graduation.

Our inaugural class, self-named 'Kulture Kafe', embodies the spirit of culinary diversity and innovation. Over their course at NRTI, these students have not just learned how to cook – they've learned how to weave stories through flavors, blend traditions with creativity, and above all, they've learned that cooking is an art that constantly evolves.

Scheduled for December 8, 2023, at the elegant Soiree venue in Kansas City, the Kulture Kafe event is more than a graduation; it's a festival of flavors and a showcase of the future of culinary arts. From 12 to 2 PM, our graduates will demonstrate their skills, perfected under the guidance of experienced chefs and mentors.
